Snow Plowing

If you are a senior or have a disability that prevents you from being able to remove the snow from your driveway, please stop down at the Front Desk of the Community Center to complete a Snow Removal Application.  If you are unable to stop down, you may also call and have one mailed to you.  Throughout the season, the Groundskeepers Division clears the driveways of residents who have submitted applications and have been approved for this service.  Driveways are plowed when the snow reaches 4 inches in depth on weekdays and 8 inches in depth on the weekends.  If you have any questions regarding your eligibility for this service, please call 216-328-0390.  Bags of salt are also available in the lobby of the Community Center for our seniors and physically-challenged residents.

Bloodmobiles

Every ounce of blood counts!  The American Red Cross will be at the Valley View Community Center to accept blood donations during the winter and spring months.  Did you know that one pint of blood can be made into four life-saving components?  Why not spare the minimal amount of time it takes to stop down to the Community Center and contribute to such a good cause -- together, we can save a life!  Thank you for your continuing support and generosity!

This service is provided FREE to eligible residents of Valley View.  If you or someone you know could benefit from this service, please call 216-524-9365 for more information regarding days and destinations.  You must call at least a week in advance in order to add your name to the list.  When you call the Front Desk, please leave your name, address, and phone number where you can be reached.
