Massage Sessions/Reiki Session
Bernice Kaminicki, RN, LMT, RKRM

Until recently, the idea of receiving a massage was often connected to images of resort spas or exotic vacations - a luxury reserved for special occasions. That perception is quickly changing as people begin to realize that massage is a healing art, thousands of years old, that can alleviate a variety of aches and pains related to many different conditions. Throughout the upcoming months, we will offer several 15-minute mini-massages for the neck and shoulders, or the hands and feet. Only a few minutes of massage will create a sense of relaxation that will last the whole day through.  While you're here, why not ask for a paraffin hand dip to maximize the effects of your massage?

Have you experienced a Reiki treatment?  Reiki is a powerful but gentle energy used to aid in healing virtually every known illness of mind, body and spirit. It is a natural healing technique using the laying on of hands that, when applied, accelerates the body’s ability to heal physical ailments and opens the mind and spirit to the disharmony. A Reiki treatment is a light, hands-on process where energy is directed to several areas of the head, back and upper body. It is only as effective as you let it be, so open your mind, relax, and let Reiki aid in your body’s natural healing!

Bernice also offers FULL BODY massages!  How relaxing does that sound?!  Massages will be held privately in the small meeting room of the new addition.  When you register at the Front Desk, please specify if you would like a half-hour or hour-long full-body massage to ensure that you reserve the appropriate slot.  Additional time slots may be scheduled upon request.
